9:20am- 7 mins out side on my stoop with my coffee and harmonica.

wake time: 9am
- easy to rise this morning

bed time (last night): 2am roughly
-hard to fall asleep, at least an hour

    Keep going on this- it's so damn useful to track your experiences, whether you use a spreadsheet or not!
