12noon: toast with cream cheese and blackberry jam

4pm: bit of leftover flounder
7pm: pasta and meat balls
9pm: blackberries with cream
midnight: salad

7/9 Log

11am: yogurt with marmalade

4:30: salad
5:30: workout video
8pm: flounder - w/ fresh tomatoes and cilantro
turnips with blackberries
gin martini

7/8 Log

10am: one whole wheat blueberry pancake
coffee
2:30: salad
tea
8pm: burger and fries - out with a friend
mint julep
10:30pm: cherries (i didnt make the 9:30 cut off, so im still up at 1:30in the am)
milk w/ amaretto

7/8 Goal

new goal: do not eat after 9:30pm, at least 2 hours before bedtime.

30 Days of Cardio, day 2

Well, raised heart rate anyway. The idea is that if you raise your heart rate for an hour a day,for 30 consecutive days, you burn off a lot of your extra stored energy.

Today is actually day 2 of the 30 days. This is the second time i've tried it. I made it to 3 days last time. Im also taking this as a chance to study work out videos. I want to make a few in the future and this is research. I think its good to have more than one reason.

I feel good; loose; not sore, but I can tell my muscles worked. The videos aren't very taxing. Im pretty strong musclewise, but they do make me sweat.
