Due to the cheating last week i'm back to 160lbs. Oh well. Its good timing for a fresh update of the SCD.

today's food:

breakfast: leftover steak, kidney beans, spinach, coffee, pills.
lunch: split pea soup, pinto beans, chicken sausage, pills, tea
dinner: pulled pork, pickles, chili, tea, pills
