Joining the Fray

No other stats to report at this time, though I may do so later.

Going for a typical set of meals today so I have a baseline to compare against.

Breakfast:
Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich, Lemonade. 672 cal.

I plan on dancing some tonight- the first time in a while. My metabolism should benefit from that. If I can get myself to sleep a healthy hour, I can even be more active in the morning. That's a short-term goal.
