2nd half of the day

lunch #2: pinto beans, cabbage, tomato soup

Dinner: steak, faux-sagna (see below), peas
also a spoonful of cashew butter, and yogurt.

faux-sagna: cabbage leaves instead of pasta, beans, tuna, more cabbage, onions, celery, sauce (mustard-curry)
