Today Breakfast:
Spinach, TJs Cuban Black Beans (Much success for mouth buds vs. just edible b.e.p.), 1 organic egg scrambled with 1 egg white, covered in salsa.
Today Preworkout consumed for Post Workout Results shake:
Mocha Syntha 6. Right before breakfast. Workout at 11:30, shake at 10. Breakfast at 10:30.
Today Lunch:
Haricot verts, lentils, canned yellowfin. Separated meal into thirds, 5 minute break between thirds.
