Well, raised heart rate anyway. The idea is that if you raise your heart rate for an hour a day,for 30 consecutive days, you burn off a lot of your extra stored energy.
Today is actually day 2 of the 30 days. This is the second time i've tried it. I made it to 3 days last time. Im also taking this as a chance to study work out videos. I want to make a few in the future and this is research. I think its good to have more than one reason.
I feel good; loose; not sore, but I can tell my muscles worked. The videos aren't very taxing. Im pretty strong musclewise, but they do make me sweat.
